Delivery Intelligence was developed within ProjeX1, an independent development and project advisory practice working directly across complex property, construction and infrastructure projects.
The protocol reflects the judgement required in live delivery environments — where programme, cost, design, approvals, procurement, construction, finance and governance must be assessed together rather than reported as separate workstreams.
Live project experience
The reasoning framework has been developed through active involvement in residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure and government projects across Australia and North America.
ProjeX1 works alongside owners, lenders, builders, consultants, certifiers and project teams from early planning and financial close through construction, completion, recovery and distressed-project intervention.
Senior delivery judgement
Delivery Intelligence is led by Paul Farrell, an experienced development and project director with a background spanning development management, project governance, contract administration, construction delivery and independent advisory.
His experience includes major residential and mixed-use developments, public infrastructure, education, hospitality, energy and complex approval environments.
Professional standing
Paul's work has received Professional Excellence recognition from the Australian Institute of Building. He holds a commercial building licence and serves as Honorary Treasurer of the Australian Institute of Building's NSW Chapter.
